Along with Weatherlok®'s Warranty, A-1 Glass takes it one step further; we add our warranty to it. With most vinyl window manufacturers they will send you the replacement part and then it becomse your responsibility to figure out how to install them. Not with us. If for any reason you have a warranty issue, all you need to do is call us and explain the warranty issue, we will send out our technician to replace the defective part at no cost to you.
